Hello!

We just switched to a new and better system for billing. To pay online, you must now create a customer log in. This also means that you will now have access to your billing information, package information, payments, and invoices. Since we just switched, you won’t see invoice details until after the April invoices go out, just a current balance. So, if you have questions regarding your balance please do not hesitate to call us.

We sent emails out to all customers the other day with your user name and details for how to set up your customer log in. If you did not see that email, you can call us to receive your user name over the phone.

If you do not wish to set up a customer log in, that’s okay! It is not required. You can still call us to make a payment over the phone, mail checks, or stop in to make an in person payment. If you already had auto pay set up with us, you still do! All automatic payments were transferred over to the new system.

All invoices will now go out on the 15th of the month (some of you received them on the 10th), and will be sent the same way you have been receiving them through either email or postal mail. Your invoice will look a little different but all pricing and packages will remain the same.

While this transition is going quite smoothly, please understand that we are also learning the ins and outs of our new system. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

For right now, if you are making a payment to have your service reconnected, you must call the office to have your radio turned back on.
