Network Outages

June,20

Vienna Customers may continue to experience outages as one of our transport carriers works to rectify and issue with their network. These outages may last for a few minutes or several hours. We have been told the outages should stop by Monday afternoon. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued business.

At 3 o'clock this morning service was disrupted in Corinth by lightning damage and the outage lasted until repairs could be completed this afternoon. Service is now restored to normal.
At around 11am lightning damaged a rectifier at the Orient tower which disrupted service in several areas North of Marion. The faulty power supply was replaced shortly after the outage and all systems are now operating normally.
IF YOU STILL DON'T HAVE SERVICE.
There have been dozens of calls today regarding service outages and many have been related to damaged equipment at the customer premise. If you do not have service, please understand all towers are operating normally. If you still do not have service there may be damaged equipment at your home or business. Please call during regular business hours to speak to a technician who can walk you through diagnosing your problem.

We are aware of an issue affecting several "@4siwi.com" email boxes. These addresses are hosted through a 3rd party and they have addressed the issue and anticipate it should be fixed very soon.

Saturday June 5

Service will be out for Eagle Point bay customers as we work to finish repairs to the tower. We expect the repairs to take all day, but will work as quickly as possible to restore service to normal. This is all in an effort to greater improve quality of service and reliability.

Thanks,

4SIWI SUPPORT TEAM

EAGLE POINT BAY CUSTOMERS

ATTN: Eagle point bay customers.
Wednesday Feb 10th at 4:30 in the morning our eagle point bay tower was damaged by the wind. The tower broke in half and the upper section had to be removed. The equipment has been moved to the middle of the tower until permanent repairs can be made. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE REGISTERED TO THE TOWER, however signal strengths are lower than normal for some customers. This may cause slower speeds or temporary outages.
Over the next few weeks we will be working to restore service to normal.
